LEARNING CENTRE MANAGER’S ASSISTANT

3 RHA, CAEN BKS, HOHNE

30 hours per week

The Royal Artillery Centre for Personal Development (RA CPD) is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and competent individual to assist the manager of the RA Learning Centre in Caen Barracks.

You will be required to:

• support the administration, induction and mentoring of learners in their use of learndirect
• support the administration of IT and Basic Skills training
• assist the Centre Manager to support the Royal Artillery’s wider Personal Development programme.

You will need:

• good administration and communication skills – written and verbal
• to be qualified with BCS ITQ 2 or willing to work towards
• to hold Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
• to be prepared to work towards the PTLLS Teaching qualification.
• to be flexible in your working hours, within agreed limits.
