About the course

Suited to anyone who would like to become a Facilities Manager, Health & Safety Manager, Freelance Instructor or any manager who wants to be qualified to deliver a range of First Aid, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety qualifications.


Upon successful completion of this course, you will be qualified to teach the following accredited qualifications:

  • Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work
  • Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work Requalification
  • Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work
  • Level 2 Award in Paediatric First Aid
  • Level 2 Award in CPR and AED
  • Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace
  • Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace
  • Level 1 Award in Food Safety
  • Level 2 Award in Food Safety
  • Level 1 Award in Fire Safety Awareness
  • Level 2 Award in Fire Safety
  • Level 2 Award in Safe Moving and Handling
  • Level 2 Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
  • Level 2 Award in Risk Assessment

You will also be offered the opportunity to register with Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), for the delivery and certification of accredited qualifications.

How long is the course?

Ten days.


Cost £2,400 or as little as £480 using your ELC (cost will depend on whether you are on the lower or higher tier of ELC). All delegates will receive a comprehensive instructor’s pack including all lessons and an electronic tablet.


The course comprises of the completion of a portfolio of evidence, practical assessments and multiple answer question papers.
